Shipping

 

What is your shipping policy?

INZURI Co charges a shipping depending on your location and on the piece selected. Refer to the table below. Shipping details are displayed prior to purchase. Worldwide delivery is Monday – Friday, between 9 AM – 5 PM. You can expect delivery of goods within 5-15 business days, depending on the shipping option selected and given that there are no extenuating circumstances.



How do I change my payment currency?

All of INZURI Co’s prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Our Payment providers will adjust automatically to the currency your account is based in and will charge in that currency. For further conversion needs you can visit the link below:

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Taxes and duties are already incorporated into our product prices. Any additional taxes or duties charged are the responsibility of the customer.



Can an order be sent to multiple addresses?

INZURI Co can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be sent to more than one location, you will need to place a separate order for each address.


Is my package insured during shipping?

All goods are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from INZURI Co to their final shipping address. Once an item is delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

If for some reason a box arrives damaged, we recommend you either refuse delivery or make a note when signing that you’re accepting a damaged box.



Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?

It is advised that a signature be made upon delivery to ascertain the good has arrived to your satisfaction. This is, however, optional.



Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

No. Once an order is sent out it cannot be turned back. If the order status is still in processing  we may be able to accommodate an adjustment. You will be provided with a tracking ode in the confirmation email once your package has shipped for you to track your order via the mail service used.


How do I know my card has been charged?

You will be immediately notified via email once your order has been placed and your payment processed.



How do I track my package?

You can use the convenient Track Your Order link along with the tracking number emailed to you. Please note that INZURI Co does not have any control over delays caused by destination customs.


Exchanges and Returns


What is INZURI Co’s return policy?

INZRUI Co is happy to accept returned goods should the good not be up to your expected level of satisfaction. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not accept goods that do not meet these requirements.



Can I exchange an item?

If you’d like to exchange your item for another INZURI Co product, we suggest you return the original item and then purchase your new item separately.



Will INZURI Co refund the full value of my purchase?

Refunds are credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card, which includes shipping costs for any faulty product. There may be additional shipping charges incurred should these vary from the original shipping charges.

Please note it can take up to ten days before the refund appears in your account.


How can I ask for a refund/exchange?

All requests for refunds or exchanges should be made via email to info@inzurico.com. You will be contacted directly regarding your case and assisted accordingly.
